What they fail to mention is B737-200 pilots No Need To Apply, Jurassic model drivers not welcome....

I get "502 Bad Gateway" when I click the link.

This BS about having xxx glass cockpit hours...every glass cockpit pilot didn't have glass cockpit time at some stage. It is probably better not to fly for an airline with that attitude.

Get DT to upgrade your planes to the NG, or even the classic lol.

That would be the a good plan of action. Take for instance a fairly unknown company called Global Airways. They have only been around since 2001 but they have just acquired up to 5 A320s. They were flying for Air Cote D'Ivoire recently and have other contracts. It seems the work is there if you have the aircraft.
