Web Design

#1

Post by great dane » Fri Jan 22, 2016 11:06 am

Anyone know a decent web designer (hobbyist or school kid) that is willing to work for next to nothing for designing a website for a difficult costumer (me) ?

Currently using one of these free hosting / template drag and drop design ones. Would like to move up a bit, but I am too stupid :crybaby:

Damn, GD, the trouble with your request is that you are an aviation nut and therefore peaked my interest seeing that your web site would require cool aerie pictures to be displayed, right?

Before I dive in and offer services, please provide more detail as to what edzachery you are wanting for the site? I would need to know just how much crap I would have to deal with you being the client and all :haha:

The current website - http://www.aviation-adventures.co.za

So about a couple aviation events I hosted and to advertise future ones.
The US trip on is canx/postponed (not due lack of interest, but the US operators being a little wake in their communications), the August African on will hopefully happen.

Basically same style, but it would be great if under own domain and pics could open to bigger format.

Would have to be easy to maintain/update.

Front page - with links to four sub pages
- Coming tour
- past tours
- future project
- contact / about

I am probably not mentioning any details you think about, but that's because I haven got a clue

My son in law does this for a living, no idea of cost involved. If you don't come right with 407 ...let me know.

Sadly CD, my heritage goes back to Marie Antionette. So some French in me too as well as British. But hey, if GD wants to start the trend of Sir 407, who am I to complain
