Direct heat, half a chimney of charcoal, preheat kettle for about 20 minutes. From there on it's anyone's guess. Just keep the lid on.

After you have achieved your type rating on that Weber thing we do expect an invite

Oh and regarding those New Year resolutions - 90 mins spent sweating in the Gym on this first day of 2017 - no not in the sauna

Kaptein Moertoe share the food with us  that sounds like a top class present... is it portable? You might need to bring it wherever we go :fantastic:

I ended the year on a healthy note running the old years eve run in Pretoria in the heat last night and then after a chilled day did some plane spotting near Harvard for RNY 21 L in JNB(will post pics shortly, taken with the phone though). Off to Harare for a night stop tomorrow and then back to the grindstone for hopefully a great 2017 :beer3:

May you all have a healthy year this year... for me it's Comrades and Two Oceans again with a few runs in between.

Weber pizza:

Use indirect heat, about 3/4 of a chimney.

Image

Pre cook the dough for about 10 minutes with the lid on.

After precooking add your favorite toppings. Cook for another 15 minutes with the lid on.

:pine: Scorcher of a day here in Gautengeleng and I'm flying. Doing the 14:40 Blue Crane to CPT and back, will try to get some pics of the dam if I can, depending on routing.

I was out at the Vaal Dam last week, it was lush and green and defnitly a water level raise. Still below acceptable levels but much improvement. It looks like more rain coming later this week :good:

Yip, Gauteng has definitely had good rains. It's still not dumped it in the catchment though so here's hoping for a wet Jan and Feb 2017 in those areas :good:

Morning folks, from a blustery mother city this morning... canned my morning walk after 20 minutes cause i couldn't stand up straight!

Right, back at the office and ready to klap it hard. I have to really make some loot this year, there are some major changes that I need to make in my life and it's going to take some serious moola.

Bunch of 2017 deliveries happening today so I'm going to be spinning my feet off...

Anyone have a couple of R8 leads for me? I pay good spotters...

87 have you always done a morning walk or is that a New Year's resolution? Either way +1 for more exercise in 2017.

Hope 2017 works out for you, and as you know, nothing wrong with hard work to make change happen :champion:

PS, I'm only back at work tomorrow - planned that way to have a short week until the weekend. Next week is when the you know what hits the fan and everyone is back on the treadmill on Monday :haha: :haha:

99% of New Year's resolutions will be finished by Valentine's Day.

Good luck out there, I am afraid people I know either don't have the dough or are much to stingy :negative:
