Was watching a Fa50 routing from FACT to Hoedspruit this morning... He disappeared before I could figure out whether he was going to the AFB or to Civil.... #conspiracytheoryhaton

Was Cape Town based ZS-ONG. Came over PTA on the way back. Almost sure it went to East Gate, the civil part of Hoedspruit AFB. The other strip in town doesn't really look like prime Falcon territory.

Unfortunately it is 'just' ZU-LZR Sling 2 with the wrong code and not the DC-3. Looks like training on the Freeway dirt strip along the N1 around Kromdraai.

Yip, sadly it's not the DC3. FR24 need to update their DB.

On the udder hand Darrel, there have been quite a few African government aircraft arriving into SA today. All to meet up with the Chinese Prem who arrived at Waterkloof from Harare earlier today.

What have you noted, nothing with me at all. See Bob is on the way in one of the Air Zim 762s, and a Trans Air Congo machine went in Lanseria.

A319CJ standing at Execujet at FACT, don't think it's anything to do with the chinky dude though.

GLEX also standing there, suspect it's the one that came in yesterday morning

Apparently is/was hectic around CPT with multiple go arounds leading to diversions and holding for others.

Reason given on Facebook was strong tail wind both runways ?

When was that? This morning? It's wind calm in the city bowl... possibly (and probably) a completely different ball-game out at the airport

Was around an hour ago, haven't had time follow. According FB Air France diverted after three go arounds. Other also diverting, although I haven't got an overview.

Something wrong with their data, or what's going on here? I saw the same thing when I posted that picture of FTL and the other rescue vehicle, although you can't see the second airplane near the tower on that picture.

Moertoe, those are the ground vehicles. I know on the iPad app they actually show up as car icons. Is this what you are talking about?
