Bell 407 was kind enough not to rag me about the lack of trip reports recently. Having cured tech (and motivation) issues I hope that you enjoy the following.

My wife and I's ride to Melbourne on the road to the RAAF Museum at Point Cook.

On landing it was time to find a shuttle to the RAAF Museum.

Downwind, awesome to see your long overdue posts. Glad you got your technical issues sorted. Looking forward to more.

PS, the bright orange and black on the engine cowl looks way too cool :thanx:

At RAAF Museum, Point Cook, near Melbourne. This would make a nice scheme for ZU-IMP, Roulettes Team.

This guy gave a nice interactive talk to visitors and then a good wring-out of the Harvard.

Cool, they have a Vampire too. Is it in flying condition?

Unfortunately that Vampire of which you see the tail in one photo is not airworthy. But I'm pretty sure there is one flying in Oz, maybe out of Temora?

The museum Mustang used to be airworthy (well I suppose that's obvious :scratchhead: ) but it should be back in the air before too long. :wrench:
