Re: Seen at FAWK (Waterkloof AFB)

The Qatari head of State is visiting. Much controversy re the visit as the main munt apparently pee-ed them off changing a dinner or something. The main munt was scared he'd be embarrassed due to protest action in Clitoria today. http://internationalflyerz.co.za/gallery/SeenFAWK/FAWK2017_001.jpg Ni...

After 20 days of missions the GlobalTanker is going back home (KCOS), but before leaving, is receiving a water salute from the Arturo Merino Benitez SSEI in gratitude for their work in the worst wildfire that Chile had in its history. https://cdn.jetphotos.com/full/5/14040_1487106002.jpg Great pic ...

Re: RIP iFlyAfrica.info

Yip a sad day for FA indeed. I really enjoyed the forum up until about a year ago when the site started going south due to some unsavoury types with no interest in the wellbeing of the forum spoiling it for everyone else. As a result many of the core members disappeared. Thanks Guns and the FA team ...

Like anything, blame the past, if it's not apartheid, it's Coleman Andrews.... Keep living in the past, it will get you going places. Agreed. Not sure who penned the letter if not herself. Very cumbersome with plenty grammatical errors i.e. refers to 'the SAA' (wtf terminology is that?). I'd have d...

A question for you guys in the know......Given the conditions with claimed windsheer and OAT close to 40 deg what would be the typical min height required for a safe go around i.e. allowing for spool up arresting the sink to positive rate of climb? Not claiming to be in the "know", but th...
